Micro Pop Week 23 @ Pure Note - Konzert Chelona

We are pleased to present you on Friday, 27.10.2023 a double event in the context of the Micro Pop Week.

It starts at 7:00 p.m. with a special edition of the literature series "Wart Mal kurz" with Sylvia Bratzik and Henning Konetzke.

The topic: "The endless expanses of pop culture".

Afterwards you can listen to Greek sounds for the first time at Pure Note. From 20:15 we present you the duo Chelona.

The newly formed duo "Χελώνα" (Chelóna) plays selected songs of the Rembetiko, (the Greek blues of the 1920s to 40s), classics of the probably most famous Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis as well as modern songs of Greek pop music.

Hellenic grooves & moves of romantic sensitivity, tragic heaviness and joyful exuberance.

Admission to the event is free. We ask for an appropriate hat donation for the artists.
