JJ was an original, to copy him would be presumptuous and would not do justice to his memory.

JJ Cale, American musician/songwriter, born in 1938, passed away on July 26, 2013. He, who never made much fuss about himself, preferring to write songs and tinker with "his" sound in the studio instead of being burnt out in show business, has left immortal songs to posterity. There is no question that they must continue to be played.
