The moon is melting. Is that even possible? And what does that even mean? Will there be no moon left? And does all this have anything to do with the moon tree withering away? These are the questions asked by the two moon rabbits, who have been tasked with assessing, documenting, and containing the damage. Yeşim Nela Keim Schaub, together with two performers, explores our relationship to light and darkness, to nature and its disappearance, and to the connections between us. Are we part of our environment, and how can we become even more so? What does brightness actually taste like? Yeşim Nela Keim Schaub, who was nominated for the German theater award “DER FAUST” was nominated for the German theater award “DER FAUST,” draws the audience into the poetic magic of the melting moon through images and sounds, exploring how the melting can be stopped and the moon tree can be restored.
