The Palmengarten invites you to a beer garden concert with Alberto Terzo every hour on the hour. With his guitar and his singing, he brings the longing and the feeling of South America. For those interested in art, the Palmengarten presents the ARTE Popular Latino exhibition, which shows the old screen printing art of Colombia and other parts of Latin America, as well as colorful works by old South American artists and current graffiti artists. The few old screen printing machines make each picture unique - Manuelito, who brought the pictures to Cologne, tells anecdotes and gives guided tours. In addition, Leticia Sansores Arte from Mexico will present her works of art from the acrylic painting, watercolor, mixed media and digital art palette, including sculptures in bronze and various materials. Her artworks are inspired by nature, culture and human experience. There will also be a Peruvian art stand with flutes, necklaces and bracelets. On the culinary front, the Palmengarten offers Food around Latin America. Small portions are served to try with meat or vegan options. There are various types of empanadas, hornado and tortilla. All freshly prepared by Wasi Kölle e.V. At night there will be a rumba party with live music by D'Karlos & Caribbeantime. The artists from Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Germany, Cuba etc. celebrate life in their songs: a variety of genres such as funk, reggae, reggae, cumbia, Latin jazz, salsa and bachata.
