The world burns with love in Enno Poppe's song cycle Augen, presented by the WDR Sinfonieorchester with Sarah Maria Sun at the Kölner Philharmonie to close the ACHT BRÜCKEN festival. It does not remain the only manic episode in this program, which features four spectacular soloists, including Pierre-Laurent Aimard, who has Clara Iannotta's fingers on a new piano concerto. Two horn soloists are staged by Miroslav Srnka.
