Japan Visits Bonn
On Saturday, the BONN ART VILLA will be transformed into a celebration of Japanese culture and joie de vivre. Natsumatsuri, the Japanese summer festival, is one of the most beautiful celebrations of the year in Japan: People don yukata, dance Bon Odori together, marvel at calligraphy, and enjoy the warm evenings in good company. Chihoco Yanagi brings exactly this atmosphere to Bonn.
She invites you to a special program that combines tradition and sensuality: Slip into a yukata, feel the energy of the Bon Odori, and experience the tranquility and precision of Japanese calligraphy up close during a live demonstration.
The day concludes with a sake tasting.
