She is one of the most influential voices in German pop history: on Saturday, July 11, 2026, Nena will be performing on the open-air stage of the Baumberger Bürgerwiese as part of the Monheim Summer. Gabriele Susanne Kerner - Nena's real name - has influenced several generations of music fans with her music and still represents an attitude to life that is somehow and somewhere at home in everyone.

Nena is more than just a musician, she is an icon of the 80s and the representative of the culture and music of the New German Wave. To this day, songs such as "Nur geträumt", "Leuchtturm" and "Wunder gescheh'n" evoke memories of great emotions, youthful dreams and unforgettable summers. Their global hit "99 Luftballons" became the international anthem of a generation - and is still more relevant than ever today. Their music remains timeless and continues to reach a young audience with new songs.

Their concerts are therefore not just nostalgic journeys, but a powerful statement that real music knows no age limits. We can look forward to a live show lasting more than two hours with the greatest hits from the huge Nena repertoire: music from over four decades, which Nena brings to the stage with her ten-piece band.
