Her first album Sabah was described by critics as one of the best albums of 2015 and since then Nilipek. has been influencing Turkish alternative music with a distinct arrangement and vocal style through her releases and collaborations. Her two studio albums Döngü (2017) and Mektuplar (2020) marked a transformation into louder music and new ways of storytelling. Her radical cover of the classic Turkish song Gözleri Aşka Gülen (2018) was followed by another radical cover of a cheesy pop song, Bir Gün Beni Arzularsan Gel three years later (2021). In the following years, she focused on collaborations and special projects, such as "Castles" with French indie pop singer Oscar Anton and "Vazgeçtim" with Turkish producer Taner Yücel.

The influential singer-songwriter has finally released her long-awaited fourth album, titled Uydurdugumuz Oyunlarla in May 2024. The tracks promise listeners a forty-five minute uninterrupted journey, combining political symbolism in the lyrics with with innovative musical arrangements. The album elegantly showcases Nilipek's musical Evolution since their first album from 2015.

Combining intricate songwriting, poetic Turkish lyrics and compelling arrangements, Uydurduğumuz Oyunlarla promises to engage listeners with its emotional depth and profundity and sonic innovation.
