Öffentliche Führurng durch Kalk: Verfolgung, Zwangsarbeit und Widerstand. Kalk im Nationalsozialismus
In the organizer's words:
The tour takes you on a walk through the neighborhood and, at eight stops, shows how Nazi rule changed the lives of local residents.
In this neighborhood, which was once heavily industrialized, we will explore, among other things, the conditions under which forced laborers were forced to live and work here. The disenfranchisement and persecution of Kalk’s Sinti and Jews will be highlighted at various Stolperstein sites. The resistance of communist and socialist groups, as well as nonconformist youth, will also be a focus of the tour.
A tour for anyone who would like to get to know Kalk from a new perspective.
