In “On the Sea,” oyster farmer Jack leads a seemingly orderly life along the rugged coast of North Wales. But when the young deckhand Daniel shows up and openly expresses his interest, Jack’s certainties begin to waver. Amid hard work, family responsibilities, and unexpected desire, he embarks on a quiet but profound search for the life he truly wants to lead.
