Breathe in the summer, breathe in the warmth, breathe in the freedom! Your breath is your best friend—always true, absolutely loyal. It reacts immediately to EVERYTHING you encounter from the outside world and to everything happening within you, whether consciously or unconsciously. It serves as a tool to help you recognize yourself and your needs, and as a path to strengthen your sense of freedom and resilience. ****************************************************************Breathwork (JP Crimi Method) is a breathing technique that activates the sympathetic nervous system and puts us in a state where critical-logical thinking temporarily takes a back seat. And that means the inner voice—the heart—is allowed to speak.
Breath is so much more than just breathing! It is both physical and mental, connecting the inner and the outer, the soul and the body. In this online workshop, we’ll experience a connection to our inner selves, the power within us, and compassion for ourselves. Emotional blockages can dissolve, energy can flow, and inner freedom can emerge. A genuine and profound transformation!
About the process: The breathing technique involves taking two deep inhalations followed by releasing the exhalation in a circular motion. During the subsequent rest phase, I’ll guide you through the “heart moments,” and you’ll gather the “harvest” of your active breathing practice. Accompanied by music, targeted breathing coaching, and inspired guidance, your breath becomes the key to greater clarity, lightness, and self-efficacy.
