HOW TO SIGN UP

• Sign-up Window: 7:15–7:45 p.m. (before the music starts).

• Process: Write your name and your Instagram handle on a slip of paper and drop it in the box. Everyone who performs will be tagged.

• Selection: 20 slots per night. The performance order is drawn from the box completely at random.

YOUR SLOT

• Format: 1 slot = 2 songs, up to a maximum of 10 minutes.

• Timing: Your time starts as soon as your name is called (including setup). Wrap it up when the host gives you the signal—anything over 10 minutes cuts into someone else’s time.

• Limit: Maximum of 2 slots per night per singer (guest appearances in other sets count toward this limit).

NEED SOMETHING SPECIAL?

• Special Requests: If you need backing vocals, a larger setup, or an early or late slot, let the team know in advance or note it on your paper slip.

• Contact: Ask for your host, Kerim, at the bar. The sooner you reach out, the more they can help.
