Show us your personal view of France!
As part of the French Night, Palais Sommer and La Chambre invite citizens from Germany and France to share their photographic impressions of France.

Whether everyday life, landscapes, cities, encounters or special moments - we are looking for your very personal perspectives.

A selection of the submitted photos will be exhibited in the public space in front of the Frauenkirche on July 14, 2026 as part of the French Night on the Neumarkt in Dresden.

The Palais Sommer is the big open-air festival in Dresden. It combines music, art, dance, yoga, workshops, literature, gastronomy and much more. Free admission.

In 2026, the Palais Sommer will take place from June 20 to July 26 on Dresden's Neumarkt. Afterwards, the daily yoga program will continue in Alaunpark until 30 August. A total of around 200 events are planned.

Sun loungers and tables can be reserved in advance.
