PALS coffee & run club
In the organizer's words:
We're the PALS coffee & run club, and every Saturday we run 3 x 6.5 km at a 6:30 pace. We run along the Rhine. 🏃🏽♂️✨
We meet in the courtyard at 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00 here ⬇️:
📍 Holzmarkt 59-65, 50676 Cologne.
Together with our pacers, we always set off at 10 past the hour to briefly pick up the participants from the BEAT81 class at Rheinauhafen. 🏃🏽♂️
So you’ll have the chance to do a 45-minute strength training session at BEAT81 before each run. 💪🏼
Afterward, you can buy some really delicious coffee at our Kaffeegarage and get to know each other. ☕️
