PANTHA
Just a little tour 2024
Playing with one's own brokenness, inner contradictions and ambivalences - no one masters the tightrope walk between the extremes as well as PANTHA. Within a very short time, the 24-year-old musician has become probably the most fascinating, unpredictable solo artist within modern German pop with her extraordinary hybrid style of atmospheric beats, a hypnotizing catchiness and brutely direct lyrics.
She is a creative chaos on two legs, processing her often confusingly contradictory emotions and thoughts in her tracks, which have been streamed more than 22 million times to date. A field of tension in which PANTHA today takes almost 140k Spotify listeners:inside and 60k TikTok followers:inside every month. In addition, the singer and musician was on the hot lists of all important tastemakers, casually picked up a nomination for the coveted New Music Award and was chosen as an "Up Next" artist by Apple Music. And Amazon Music also immediately awarded her "Newcomer Of The Week" status and featured her as a "Breakthrough Artist."
She is fascinated by interpersonal tensions. From the dark abysses as well as from happiness hormone-triggered highs - and from all emotional facets in between. PANTHA has shown her special talent for contradictory thoughts and emotions with millions of streamed Gen Z anthems such as "Richtig scheisse", "Nie genug" or "1000 KM (feat. Badchief)" and thus provided a completely new sound color within German-language pop music. Like her previous tracks, "Club" was created in collaboration with the renowned songwriting and producer team Fayan (Luciano, Shirin David, Elif) and Alex Isaak (Backstreet Boys, Robin Schulz, Trey Songz).
After popping up as the most exciting must-watch newcomer in all major hot lists from Apple Music to Musikexpress to vogue.de, the 24-year-old was recently named Vevo's "DSCVR Artist 2023" - and now she's seamlessly following up on that success with her new single! Wrapped in her unpredictable hybrid style of danceable beats and an almost hypnotic catchiness, PANTHA describes the feeling of social anxiety on "Club". "For me it's a big overcoming to go among people every time. I wanted to express that feeling and the loneliness that comes with it in 'Club'."
Speaking of "Club," PANTHA will fittingly embark on her first club tour in the spring of 2024, bringing her "Dark Pop" to the stage for five nights.
