Playfight Heidelberg
In the organizer's words:
Deep connection
A unity of body, mind and emotions. Learn to express your needs, respect boundaries and be in connection with others at the same time.
Play and confrontation
It is during play that the nervous system is most receptive to new things.
Physical confrontation takes us to the edge of our comfort zone.
Together they promote growth and vitality!
Relationship and support
We enter into relationships and support each other.
Everyone is welcome just as they are.
Security and connection are our commitment.
