Poetry Jam: Hildeshome Dreams

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

What does Hildesheim mean to young people? How do they experience their city, and what kind of community life and future do they dream of?

For ten days during fall break, young people wrote, rapped, filmed, made music, and captured their perspectives on Hildesheim. To wrap things up, they’ll present their texts, short films, and other artistic works on our stage.

A poetry jam isn’t a competition: There’s no jury and no voting—just plenty of room to experiment. Participants recite their own texts freely, without pressure.
Come by and hear young people’s perspectives on life in our city.

“Who Is Hildesheim, Anyway?” is a collaborative project for young people ages 12 to 16, organized by ELLI e.V. in cooperation with the Klemmbutze Youth Center and the Oskar Schindler Comprehensive School.
