An adventure journey through a future world
In a near future: Frank is a soldier and controls drones in his home office to bomb targets in a technologically advanced surveillance state, the land of "A Middle Without End". An old curse strikes him in the process. His son is born without a bottom. Frank embarks on a journey to the place he bombed. He gets deeper and deeper into a world full of ghosts and mythological figures. Different levels of consciousness and time streams connect and Frank finally begins to understand his own role anew.
In "Posthuman Condition", the playwright Pat To Yan, born in Hong Kong in 1975, processes experiences in a dictatorship - literarily inspired by magical realism - and sensitively evokes the power of resistance.
Play length: 90 minutes
