Primal Play · Raum für lebendige Verbindung

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

What happens when you don't have to change anything for a moment?

This evening is an invitation to connect with yourself and others in a more direct, honest way.

The space opens at 4:00 p.m.—feel free to arrive early to settle in at your own pace, have a cup of tea, and slowly get into the right mindset.

We’ll start with guided embodiment exercises to ground ourselves in our bodies and develop an initial sense of ourselves and the group. No pressure, no need to put on a show—just space to notice what’s there.

In the second half of the evening, we’ll move into Primal Play: a series of sustained, nonverbal encounters on the mat. Here, connection arises through movement, breath, presence, touch, or distance—without words and beyond roles and expectations.

Sometimes light and playful, sometimes calm or intense. Perhaps closeness arises, perhaps distance. All of it is welcome.

The space is kept clear and is based on simple agreements that we establish together at the beginning.

You can join in at any time or simply watch—both are equally welcome. In addition to the participants, there are always witnesses who help hold the space.

The pace is deliberately kept slow so that your body has time to perceive and understand what is happening. It’s less about doing something and more about being present and letting yourself be guided by what feels right in the moment.

The impulses arise from the encounters themselves—not from external directives.
Primal Play is not a sexual space, but a space for presence, contact, and exploring connection.

The focus isn’t on doing something “right,” but on noticing what’s present within you right now—and how you’d like to connect.

The evening is open to people with and without prior experience. You’ll be guided step by step through the process.

Hosted by The Relational Space in collaboration with Charlotte Griestop from Berlin, who brings somatic practice, nervous system work, and a keen sense of interpersonal processes to the space.

A space to settle in.
A space for honest connection.

Come as you are.
