Hard to imagine: In 2023, Quatuor Modigliani will already be celebrating its 20th anniversary. Yet it seems as young and inspired as on the first day, perhaps more mature, but certainly no less stirring. An exceptional quartet.

From the very first moment, it was clear to the founding members that something special could emerge, that there was something there that could not be described. And you don't have to. For it is enough to hear at what level the French Quatuor Modigliani has long been at home, also thanks to a very wide-ranging repertoire that includes contemporary music as a matter of course. The intensity of the four musicians has a pull, and this also explains the success of the Quatuor Modigliani, which has now lasted for two decades.
