SMASH COMEDY goes Ruhrgebiet!
Hamburg's queerfeminist stand-up comedy club comes to Duisburg - and celebrates the female*, FLINTA* & queer comedians of the German stand-up scene at the open mic. Here, 5-8 professionals and newcomers will pass on the mic and test their latest jokes and stories, presented by Smash founder, musician and stand-up comedienne Schwessi from Hamburg.

The special feature: this stage belongs only to those who are underrepresented in all other shows. A stage without toxic masculinity, misogyny and racism, ableism, queer and trans hostility - a safe space, also for the audience. With maximum fun and diversity power against discrimination. And then laugh so loudly that patriarchal structures quietly begin to crumble...

SMASH COMEDY is a show with new, exciting perspectives on life, society and being human. Show solidarity, educate yourself, train your empathy muscles and come along!
