What you can expect
The workshop combines short impulses with lots of practical exercises.
The focus is on a specific situation from your own life.
During the workshop, you will work on a personal example and get to know a process that you can later transfer to other situations.
We will focus on four key areas this morning:
Mindfulness - the off button for the autopilot
You will learn how conscious perception works, how to recognize your own early warning signs and how to regain inner security in difficult moments.
Understanding and regulating emotions better
You will learn how emotions manifest themselves in the body and how you can use your body in a targeted way to calm yourself down and regain your ability to act.
Questioning and defusing thoughts
You will recognize thoughts that exacerbate a situation and learn how to examine these thoughts and replace them with more helpful perspectives.
Preventing overreactions and developing new reactions
You will develop a specific target behavior for your own situation and learn a technique that will enable you to react more consciously in future situations.
What you will take away from the workshop
