In the organizer's words:
The children grow up, become more independent - and at some point it gets quieter in the house.
Things that have long been taken for granted change noticeably.
What many have long longed for suddenly feels unfamiliar:
more time, more space, more silence -
and often more questions.
This talk is about the Empty Nest phase of life:
About goodbyes and new beginnings, about inner turmoil and new freedom, about roles and relationships that are changing.
And the question of who I am when the family is reorganizing.
We look at this,
- what this phase can trigger emotionally,
- why it is experienced so differently,
- and how new clarity and self-efficacy can emerge from uncertainty, emptiness or disorientation.
For whom:
For parents, couples and anyone who lives a family life and feels this:
Something is changing - and I want to understand myself better.
