Rave Aerobics is back and this time in a new room in Südstadt. In the lower room of the Tanzetage we dive into a small club atmosphere.
Retro 80's aerobics combined with commercial pop moves and lots of energy.
Just have fun dancing and exercising, it's not about perfection.
Music style: pop, rave, electronic and you can even send us your favorite songs for the warm-up on Insta or by email:
