One wrong word - and emotions boil over. The same thing said ten times - and nobody listens. Sound familiar? Then this lecture is for you. "Brainsmart communication" is the magic word. We look at how children's brains really tick - and how brain-friendly communication ensures more calm, connection and clarity. The aim is to understand that children do not "not hear", but are often simply somewhere else mentally. We discover how words can strengthen self-regulation, empathy and self-esteem - and which strategies are immediately effective in everyday life, even in the face of anger, chaos or withdrawal. Practical, humorous and suitable for everyday use - for more serenity and the good feeling: we can do it.
