Rhine Cleanup Day & Picknick mit Zero Waste Köln

On Saturday, September 14, not only is the big Rhine Cleanup Day taking place, but Zero Waste Cologne is also celebrating its fifth anniversary. 🥳🍾 Of course we want to combine this: Together with you, we will first clear the banks of the Rhine in Niehl (at Cranachwäldchen) of garbage and then toast our birthday at the Zero Waste picnic on the clean banks and chat about the many great stories of the last few years. BRING YOURSELF?
Bring blankets, dishes and a picnic basket with unwrapped goodies for our picnic. We'll provide gloves and bin bags for the cleanup as well as drinks for toasting.

MEETING POINT
The meeting point is on the left bank of the Rhine on the Niehler Ufer near the harbor, south of Cranachwäldchen. You will be able to see our identification flags from afar. The collected garbage will then be collected by the AWB.
