Romane is a French artist who fuses soul, pop and R&B to create a warm, cinematic sound that is characterized by her multicultural background between African heritage and Western influences. Growing up in Lyon in a music-loving family, she began writing songs at a young age, taught herself to play guitar and produce music and developed a very personal songwriting style.

At 19, she devoted herself entirely to music and caught the attention of Un Plan Simple (Sony Music France), which led to a collaboration with producer Dan Black. Her breakthrough single "Fantasy" introduced her signature sound, followed by her debut EP "I Know" (2021) and the album "Ways of Dreaming" (2022), on which she explores themes of self-discovery, vulnerability and identity.

She has performed on major French stages and festivals, including Les Francofolies de La Rochelle and Woodstower, steadily building a strong live presence. Romane is currently expanding across Europe as she works on her upcoming project "Glow", developing her blend of soul, pop and folk into an intimate yet powerful artistic vision.
