The Rom*nja youth group PowerPeng! from Berlin meets the Rom*nja media platform TUKE.TV from Brno. With short films and a performance, they will engage in an exchange and talk about how young Roma in Germany and the Czech Republic live the memory of Sinti*zze and Roma through their media work, how they shape resistance against the right and how they can maintain their place in public perception.
As part of the Erasmus+ project "Romani POV", media professionals and youth workers will use their best-practice examples to discuss self-determined media education, successful empowering youth work and advocacy for the rights of Roma. Together, they invite the audience to join in the dialog.
