Interest in Germany's oldest one-day race remains unbroken: "Rund um Köln" 2026 has been fully booked since the beginning of the year. A total of 8,675 participants will line up at the start on the day of the event - more than ever before in the amateur races of this traditional classic, which has been held since 1908.
Start times
The races start at the following times on the day of the event:
Velodom 60: 9:00 a.m.
Velodom 120: 9:30 a.m.
Elite race: 11:30 am (neutralized start)
Velodom 30: 12:30 pm in Bergisch Gladbach
The finishes are expected:
Velodom 60: from 10:30 am
Velodom 120: from 12:20 pm
Elite: from 15:50
The different routes offer both beginners and ambitious riders suitable challenges:
Velodom 30: 150 vertical meters
Velodom 60: 480 vertical meters
Velodom 120: 1,250 vertical meters
Elite race: 2,060 vertical meters
High-caliber elite field with top international teams
Rund um Köln 2026 will also feature a top-class international field of riders. Teams from the UCI WorldTour, the UCI ProTeams and the UCI Continental Teams will be at the start.
