— perfectly describes the intention behind my new sound format, sacred: sound

The church, as a deliberately chosen resonant space, offers the harmonizing crystal sounds a whole new way to take effect and unfold. The dates are also aligned with full and new moon cycles to incorporate an astrological element for particularly effective sound baths. 

**FYI – Sacred: sound has no religious background, and the church is used solely as a special, atmospheric location for the sound bath✨

The first session will take place on July 14—at a reduced introductory price plus a voluntary contribution on-site. Spots are intentionally limited at first to allow for discussion and feedback.

🌑July 14 — New Moon in Cancer

Cancer is the sign of the emotional world, of inner home. This new moon invites you to fully arrive within yourself: without analyzing or deciding—simply by feeling. What do you really need right now? The sound gives you the space to hear exactly that.

🌕July 28 — Full Moon in Aquarius

Aquarius brings clarity in a less emotional way—more like a bird’s-eye view. This full moon is a good time to let go of what’s no longer relevant—and to look ahead again. A good night to remember what you truly stand for.

What should you bring for a relaxing sound bath experience?

• (Yoga) mat and (thin) blanket
• (Eye) pillow, if desired
• Water / tea

How do you get to the location?

Navigate to the Evangelical Luther Church at Bergstraße 3 in Giesing.

Access to the church outside of opening hours: through a side entrance at the back. To do this, simply walk between the church and the adjacent Giesinger Bräu to the back of the church, pass the large church door, and enter the building through the covered doorway to the right of it—then enter the church through the door on your left marked “Kirche.”

Contraindications—when is a sound bath not recommended?

• If you have a history of epilepsy
• If you use cochlear implants or a pacemaker
• during the first 3 months of pregnancy and approximately 6 weeks before giving birth
• In cases of acute psychosis and while taking strong psychotropic medications
