sacred: sound - Kristallklang in Kirchenatmosphäre 💫 Soundbath

In the organizer's words:

"Sound needs space. And space changes sound"

- perfectly describes the intention behind my new sound format sacred: sound!

The church as a deliberately chosen resonance space gives the harmonizing crystal sounds a completely new possibility of effect and development. The dates are also based on full and new moon times in order to incorporate an astrological component for particularly effective sound baths.

The first appointment will take place on May 31st - at a reduced introductory price with a voluntary value contribution on site. Places are deliberately limited at first in order to leave the opportunity for exchange and feedback.

Astrological impulses for the Blue Moon (a second full moon in May) on 31.5:

• A moment that makes things visible that are already moving anyway.
• Everything that has been repeating itself is allowed to dissolve. What remains becomes clearer.
• A rare moment that can feel a little "crowded" - not on the outside, but on the inside.
  • This is exactly where sound comes in - it organizes, discharges and creates space in between.

Astrological impulses for the first new moon after the Blue Moon, on 15.6 (session on 14.6):

• not a "reset" in the classical sense, but a quiet state of "not having to do anything yet"
• The sound here brings more space than movement - and sorts rather than dissolves

What should you bring for a relaxing soundbath experience?

• (Yoga) mat and (thin) blanket
• (Eye) pillow if necessary
• Water / tea

How do you get to the location?

Navigate to the Lutheran church at Bergstraße 3 in Giesing.

Entrance to the church outside of opening hours: via a side entrance at the back. Simply walk between the church and the adjacent Giesinger Bräu brewery to the rear, pass the large main entrance door and enter the building via the door on the right - then enter the church via the left-hand door marked "Kirche".

Contraindications - when is a soundbath not recommended?

• in the case of known epilepsy
• when using ear implants and pacemakers
• in the first 3 months of pregnancy and approx. 6 weeks before the birth
• in the case of acute psychoses and while taking strong psychotropic drugs
