YOGA WITH SHEEP 🐑✨
Imagine this:
Yoga under apple trees, the Rhine right outside your door, birdsong, nature, and three sheep grazing right next to you with their two little lambs. 🤍
Our outdoor sessions combine yoga with the five elements—a little break to take a deep breath, ground yourself, and reconnect with who you are.
After yoga, we’ll stick around for a picnic together—just bring a little something to share ☀️
Easily accessible via the bike path from Cologne toward Düsseldorf 🌿
Even if the weather’s not great, our session will still take place! We ’ll move to our ShaktiNest at Faynest , our yoga space in a charming old building with a view of the Rhine!
P.S.: The sheep are always happy to get apples & carrots 🍎🥕
FAYNEST is a place for peace, community, and a mindful connection to nature.
In addition to regular yoga classes, you can also look forward to sound healings, workshops, retreats, and special community events.
