In the organizer's words:

Bodies change, flow into one another, dissolve and find new forms - on stage and in the cinematic space. Between closeness and distance, a game is created with the audience, a cautious approach, a dialog without words.

"Headless" is a dance performance by young people with and without disabilities, inspired by Marianna Simnett's exhibition of the same name at the Max Ernst Museum. The young people explore what they want to shed, what shapes them and what challenges them. Based on personal questions, their movements condense into moments of resistance and quiet rebellion. At the same time, spaces open up for that which sustains: Encounters that strengthen and qualities that connect.
