In the organizer's words:

Prince Shadi of Rotasia is upset. He has found this book that tells of "the countries of the world" - but everyone knows that there is no other country in the world apart from Rotasia! The more excitedly the annoying court bodyguards Sim and Sam announce that these are all just fairy tales, the more the prince dreams of finding these other countries.

Rotasia tells of old fears and new friends; of big dreams and small steps; of the courage to try something new and the willingness to take advice.
