Modern dance combined with dance therapy? Why not! Let's open the space for the creative exploration of directions, shapes and dynamics in space, using the principles of contemporary dance technique combined with the freedom of the therapeutic movement.

How can we dance, staying connected to our feelings and accepting the sensitivity of our bodies? How can we discover our inner power and creativity, building associations between what we feel, perceive and want to express? How can we connect the imagination with the physical sensation of our body?

During this workshop we want to explore the path between what we can imagine to do and what we really do. The way how the image in our mind can lead us to sensation, how what we sense could create an image and - how they both lead us in motion.

The workshop is designed for all levels of experience.
