The Crime Tour: An Unusual Criminal Case in Cologne. Find out what lies behind a curse and solve the mystery of the Undead from Cologne. A tricky crime and detective story for the whole family.
Unusual things are happening in Cologne’s Rodenkirchen district. A mysterious apparition is on the loose in Cologne and along the Rhine. This figure is said to hail from a time long past. Sometimes it appears, other times it vanishes like a ghost. What’s the story behind this apparition? What lies behind this unusual story? An ancient curse is said to be behind it all. A tricky mystery for the whole family and for mystery fans of all ages.
What makes it special: The story is based on a true historical event!
The 7zeitenstiefel tours are set in a unique natural and cultural landscape, with plenty of space for children to move around freely. The event starts in Cologne-Rodenkirchen at Maternusplatz (in the middle of the square) and leads to secret and unusual locations. We’ll walk along the Rhine. The tour ends near the Rodenkirchen campground.
This is not a loop tour: the tour ends near the Rodenkirchen campground. I’ll guide you safely to the bus stop at the Rodenkirchen campground. It’s about a 5–10-minute walk from the end point. The bus goes back to Maternusplatz. Or I’ll guide you safely back to Maternusplatz. To Maternusplatz (approx. 35-minute walk). Public transportation tickets are not included in the tour price. Near the tour’s end point, at the end of Uferstraße, there’s also plenty of parking available.
Registration via the 7zeitenstiefel website is required. Tickets are sold via the 7zeitenstiefel website. The tour is adapted to the children’s ages. Accompaniment by adult guardians or authorized adult supervisors is required.
Price information:
14 euros per child and 16 euros per adult. Adult guardians or authorized adult chaperones must accompany children at this event. Children’s ages: 5–12 years. The tour is tailored to the children’s ages. Ticket reservations are required on the tour’s website. Tickets are available for purchase on the tour’s website.
