In non-performance singing and dancing, we express vitality, joy and lightness. We can feel how fresh life energy flows through us. This workshop offers space for powerful movements and relaxing calm. We express emotions with the whole body. The soul sings and dances!

Everyone is welcome to join in according to their abilities. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
