Donation gala with the opera chorus, members of the soloist ensemble and the National Theatre Orchestra In cooperation with the Richard Wagner Association Mannheim-Kurpfalz e.V.

With its 56 singers, the opera choir of the Nationaltheater is not only an integral part of opera performances, but also performs its own concert programs. Under the direction of opera choir director Alistair Lilley, the choir presents a furious program at the summer concert in the Luisenpark Opera House together with the NTM orchestra and soloists, bridging the gap between different eras and styles - from Mozart and Handel to Johann Strauss and Arthur Sullivan. The proceeds from this concert, organized in cooperation with the Richard-Wagner-Verband Mannheim-Kurpfalz e.V., will benefit the stage design for the new production of Wagner's "Lohengrin" in the 2025.26 season.
