Sommermilonga mit argentinischer Liveband Tango Il Faut

In the organizer's words:

After the winter milonga in January, which touched many and brought warmth into the dark season, the tango now returns to the summery, radiant, glass-roofed and air-conditioned monastery courtyard. An afternoon full of lightness and encounters unfolds between historic walls and June light.

Tango Il Faut from Buenos Aires will provide the musical accompaniment for the milonga. On their 9th European tour, the trio will present a lively repertoire of tango classics and their own compositions. The three musicians have been shaping the tango scene in their home city for 16 years, performing in renowned milongas, at festivals and on television and radio. The Argentinian Ministry of Culture has twice recognized them as "artists of cultural interest".

At the Maxhaus, they transform the monastery courtyard into a place where music and dance resonate together - powerful, sensitive and in the rhythm of summer.
