Sophia Como liest aus Halbwach – Zwischen Freiheit, Sex & der Suche nach Liebe
In the organizer's words:
Sophia Como takes us on a tour of electrifying millennial life - between cocktails at the weekend, journaling in the cozy old apartment and hot, non-committal sex.
As a successful author, Zoe loves romantic stories - as long as they're not her own. Because in real life, love means confinement and stress for her. So she stays independent, goes partying, has one-night stands and drives her career forward. Zoe is convinced that she doesn't need a relationship. When she meets the attractive Mael, everything seems perfect. He, too, doesn't want to make a commitment under any circumstances and offers Zoe exactly what she wants - closeness without commitment. However, this closeness suddenly no longer feels so non-committal, and Zoe's carefully developed concept of life begins to crack. In the end, she embarks on a relentlessly honest journey into herself and has to answer quite a few questions along the way: What is expected of us in relationships? Why do we always want what we can't have? And why has she really been single for so many years?
The stage discussion will be moderated by Vivien Feder.
Sophia Como was born in Hesse in 1996. She lives with her family, dogs and horses in a small town near Frankfurt and loves being out in nature, going for long walks or rides, and days when she can just read or write.
