SOUNDSEED FESTIVAL: Tanzworkshop mit Raha Nejad

The focus of the course is clearly on the joy of movement and openness. Participants learn hip-hop basics and creative concepts in order to get to know their freestyle and their own dance style and to develop and perform a choreography. Fun, positive energy and a love of music always come first. No previous experience is required, but some experience would be an advantage. Raha Nejad teaches with a lot of positive energy and passion.

The Sounseed Festival will take place in Leipzig for the first time in 2024 and will highlight female composers from the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa) in its program. This year's festival is dedicated to Iranian female composers and aims to create new listening experiences through the fascinating mix of contemporary classical music and elements of the Persian music tradition and to encourage discourse over a drink afterwards. The Soundseed Festival will take place annually and each edition describes a new stage in the creation of the world and life. The creation stories of many cultures begin in darkness, in the universe, in nothingness. This is the place of our origin and our common cradle.
