For this exclusive live film premiere, filmmakers Silke Schranz and Christian Wüstenberg will be present in person at the cinema to talk live about their experiences and travel adventures in Mauritius. After their films about South Africa, Australia and "The North Sea from above", they are now back as guests - bringing with them exciting stories from Mauritius and visually stunning footage for the big screen. The new film "Mauritius - on the road in a tropical paradise" takes viewers to the most beautiful places in Mauritius. The two filmmakers hike through tropical forests, swim with dolphins, discover the underwater world, sail to small offshore islands and drift through the colorful markets of the vibrant capital Port Louis. "It was an unforgettable and intensive trip over several months that allowed us to experience the beauty and diversity of this island and capture it with our cameras," enthuses Christian Wüstenberg. "Our aim was to bring the essence of Mauritius to the big screen - not only the majestic nature and picturesque beaches, but also the cultural diversity and the warm-hearted encounters with the people of Mauritius," says Silke Schranz. At our cinema, viewers will have the opportunity to experience the two wanderlust makers up close and accompany them on their cinematic journey on the big screen as they talk about their trip with shining eyes, give tips and are happy to answer questions from the cinema audience after the film.
