After a strong start in March, it’s time for round two: Our Oyster Stand-Up is back—bringing you the best of the sea straight into your glass (and onto your plate).

You can look forward to a relaxed tasting vibe with oyster sommelier Peter, who will not only serve you top-quality oysters but also tell you everything there is to know about this delicacy.

To accompany the oysters, we’ll be opening three champagnes that pair perfectly:

• Chapuy Tradition – classic & balanced
• Lallement Blanc de Blancs – citrusy & mineral
• Brocard Tradition – a bit more unusual, with nutty notes
