Tag des offenen Denkmals: Die Geschichte des Fliegens in Tempelhof – Eine Erkundungsreise auf dem Tempelhofer Feld - mit Rikscha-Service!

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

Discover the fascinating history of flight on a guided tour that takes you by bike across the former airfield.

Here, you can immerse yourself in the history of a place that evolved from the site of early flight experiments into one of Europe’s most modern airports. As Berlin’s “air hub,” Tempelhof shaped the city and was also a focal point of military interests.

Today, the former airfield is a unique open space—a place for experimentation, a meeting spot, and an urban natural area all at once. As a place of relaxation and connection that reflects the city’s history and transformations, you’ll set out on a journey of discovery. You’ll explore the open space of the former airport—now known as Tempelhofer Feld—by bike, bringing you a little closer to the sky.

With a rickshaw service!
