The former State College of Music, built between 1973 and 1977, is conceptually shaped by
two core concepts. First, the fundamental idea of integrating the building complex into its established surroundings. Second, the aim is to facilitate and demonstrate the duality of communication and individuation within the building through tiered, carefully considered, and architecturally designed spaces.
