TanzSpaziergang

In the organizer's words:

💃 Fancy some exercise? Fancy dancing?

On the free dance walk from the Dance Museum of the German Dance Archive Cologne, you can consciously experience and explore what we don't pay much attention to as 'walking' in everyday life. Relax and mobilize your body in nature and immerse yourself in intuitive and improvised dance under guidance! Shake it off!

After a joint warm-up, we dance in stages through August Sander Park and Herkulesberg. Dance instructor Friederike Reif will give impulses, but you can also just "walk around" freely - true to the motto: dance the way it feels good for you! 💫 There is no right or wrong here - just you, your body and the moment.

🎒 Good to know:
We will be outside for approx. 90-120 minutes (with breaks)The dance walk takes place in all weathers - as long as it's not raining too heavily. Please remember to take a rucksack with you so that you can store some clothes in case you get too warm while dancing.

The TanzSpaziergang takes place as part of the exhibition opening "INSCRIT - Schreiben mit dem Körper | Eine Ausstellung für Raimund Hoghe statt" - admission is free, no registration necessary. We look forward to seeing you!
