Homeless people are called "cardboard people" in Iran. When a state visit is due, they are locked up in Tehran. The men are released a short time later; homeless women, prostitutes and drug addicts remain in custody. The director was able to secretly interview some of the women. He is not allowed to show their faces. A lovingly animated documentary in stop-motion about women's rights being trampled underfoot. Silvia Bauer
