"Let's meet at the Stätz"
A conversation and discussion course for certified Kölsch learners from the Academy! Here, we’ll keep the conversation flowing, but over the course of these five days, we’ll also delve deeply into a key topic from Cologne’s city history, its linguistic and literary history, and its customs. On the second-to-last day, we’ll meet “under the Stätz at Heumaat” and go on an excursion together.
Fun and joy are guaranteed...
Meetings: once a month, on a Saturday at the Academy (from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
Specific dates:
September 5, 2026 // October 10, 2026 // October 31, 2026 // December 12, 2026
Field trip: December 5, 26 Time: 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Meeting place will be announced at the beginning of the course)
