The almost triangular Taku Square is surrounded by the street of the same name as well as Iltisstrasse and Lansstrasse. "Taku", "Lans", "Iltis" - these are strange names, as they don't seem to mean anything and certainly don't fit together. And yet they form a thematic ensemble. The tour not only tells a piece of Cologne's history, but also world history - with an immoderate emperor at the center.
