In the organizer's words:
In this cooking class, you will work together with event chef Lea to conjure up a wintery, vegan 4-course menu and get to know exciting new flavor combinations and aromas that are ideal for the cozy time of year and can serve as inspiration for a vegan Christmas.
We want to break with the idea that a vegan diet is bland and merely the absence of meat on the plate. With good ingredients and a few clever flavors, you can conjure up lots of delicious dishes.
All our courses include drinks - aperitif, water, soft drinks, beer, wine - the menu, the host, service and a loaner apron.
