How much is going through your head right now?
And how often are you still functioning even though your body has long been tired?
This workshop invites you to step out of your constant thinking and get back in touch with your body.
Together, we will combine understandable knowledge about your nervous system with yin yoga, fascia work, quiet moments of reflection and a guided meditation.
The day offers space to pause, feel and sort.
What you can expect
- Trauma-sensitive impulses on stress, alarm mode and exhaustion
- Yin yoga for regulation and relief
- breathing exercises
- Time for reflection and journaling
